To provide the basic knowledge of cryptography needed in the modern digital world

Cryptographic protocols (e.g. secret sharing, zero-knowledge interactive proofs), implementation aspects (including implementation attacks), Advanced Encryption Standard, elliptic curve cryptosystems.
